- You already run a platform.
- The calls are out here.
- Myrmur sits in between.
- Every call takes the path you chose.
- Each call is shaped for where it's going.
- When a platform doesn't answer, the call moves on.
- Every attempt is on the record.
- And texts are answered too, by an agent or a person.
Bring your platform. We'll bring the calls.
Myrmur is carriage with the intelligence built in. Numbers, failover, header rules, forwarding and voice agents, delivered straight into the contact centre, phone system or AI you already run. No code, and no telco project.
- Service providersPut numbers under your own platform, with delivery you can explain to your customers.
- System integratorsConnect a client's contact centre or AI agent to real numbers without a carrier project.
- CompaniesPoint your numbers at the tool you chose, or let a Myrmur agent answer them.
Every platform wants the call a little differently.
Contact centres, phone systems and AI agents each expect something specific in the SIP request before they'll pick up. Myrmur shapes every call to fit, carries your context along with it, and has somewhere to send the call when the platform doesn't answer.
OpenAI finds your project from the SIP request address, over TLS only. A plain trunk puts the phone number there.
- A header rule writes your project ID where the number was. No proxy of your own to run.
- TLS to OpenAI, with the certificate checked on every call.
- Your X- headers arrive in the realtime.call.incoming webhook, so your code knows the number and the customer before it accepts.
- If OpenAI doesn't pick up, the call moves to the next server on your list, such as your own phone system.

ElevenLabs matches the number in the request address to the number you imported, character for character, and turns every X- header into a variable your agent can use.
- The number goes out in the same international form on every call, so it always matches.
- Add X-Account-Ref and your agent's prompt reads it as {{sip_account_ref}}. No code in between.
- Allow one Myrmur delivery address instead of leaving your trunk open to the internet.
- TCP or TLS per server, and your own phone system next in line if the agent is unavailable.

Genesys Cloud routes a bring-your-own-carrier call to your trunk by domain name, trunk group, dialled number or a termination header, and Architect can read the raw SIP headers.
- Add the termination header as a fixed value, so every number on the list lands on the right trunk.
- Carry the account, the dialled number and the caller in X- headers that your Architect flows can branch on.
- Spread calls across your Genesys addresses by priority and share. A silent one is skipped in about two seconds.
- Every attempt is on the record, so a missing call is a fact you can look up, not a ticket to two vendors.

Cloud PBXs such as 3CX, Vodia and Yeastar match a DID only when it's written exactly the way the trunk sends it, and some look for it in the Diversion header instead.
- The dialled number is written the same way in the request address and the To header on every call, so inbound rules match the first time.
- Add the dialled number as Diversion for systems that read it there.
- Primary site first, second site next. A busy signal stays busy, so a declined call never rings another office.
- The delivery attempts show what your system answered, even when it never logged the call.

Change platforms, keep the numbers
Try a different AI or move to a new contact centre by pointing the number somewhere else. New calls follow within a minute. Nothing to port.
A human behind every agent
Put your AI platform first and your phone system second on the same list. When the agent can't take the call, a person can.
One trace across vendors
See which platform was tried, how long it rang, what it answered and which header rules ran, in one place.
Numbers ready in under a minute.
Pick numbers from live inventory and they're usually live in under a minute. Each number has its own route for calls and for texts. Change a route in the portal and new calls follow it within a minute.
- Geographic and mobile numbers
- Voice on every number, and texts on mobile numbers. 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers are on the way.
- One route per number
- Send calls to a server list, a single SIP address, a forward, or a voice agent. Send texts to your webhook or a text agent.
- Forwards with the caller ID you choose
- Show the caller's number or your own, number by number.

Delivery that behaves the way your network expects.
Put your SBCs and phone servers on a server list. Myrmur tries them in the order you set, moves on only when it should, and shapes each call's SIP details on the way out. You don't write a voice application to change a header.

Header rules Carrier tags applied. X-Account-Ref set from the dialled number. Caller name missing, one action skipped.
Server lists
Up to 10 servers, priority 1 to 10 and a share of traffic for servers on the same priority. One list can serve many numbers, and a number waits until the delivery server has confirmed a change before it switches.
Move-on rules you can predict
Myrmur moves on when a connection fails, a server doesn't answer within its ring time of 5 to 60 seconds, or replies 404, 408, 480, 500, 502, 503 or 504. Busy stays busy unless you ask otherwise. Declines and redirects go back to the caller untouched.
TLS, checked properly
Choose UDP, TCP or TLS per server, so you can move one server at a time. TLS servers have their certificate checked, and a name mismatch is written to the trace instead of silently dropping the call.
Header rules
Add, replace or remove your own X- headers, change the dialled number, the To number, the caller or the Diversion header. Fill values from the call, like {{did.e164}} and {{caller.e164}}.
Preview before you save
Paste a real INVITE into the rule editor and see the request your servers would receive, including any action that would be skipped, before anything touches a live call.
Every attempt on the record
Each number keeps its delivery attempts: which server was tried, for how long, what it answered and which header rules ran. Support reads the answer instead of guessing.
Or let an agent answer the number.
A voice agent is just another route. Attach it to a number and it answers there, on the same account and the same invoice. There's no telephony to bring and no media server to wire in.
- It asks which product before it answers
- Knowledge is organised by product. When a question fits more than one, the agent asks which one the caller means, then answers from that product only.
- Knowledge from where yours already lives
- Your website, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk and Notion, plus files you upload.
- Transfers that can't wander
- An agent hands over only to numbers you've verified, fixed when you publish it.
- Standard or Advanced
- Standard handles everyday calls and requests. Advanced is for calls that need more involved reasoning. 22 voices, including two with Australian influence.
- Hours and handovers
- Business hours with their own after-hours action, and words that make the agent transfer or take a message at once.
- Recording is your call
- Record, transcribe, both or neither, with a disclosure line you write.
- Caller
Hi, my internet keeps dropping out in the evenings.
- Agent
Sorry about that. Is this your NBN at home, or your mobile broadband?
- Caller
The NBN.
- Agent
Thanks. Let's start with the modem. Is the light next to "Internet" green right now?
Answering from NBN in the Help centre library
Texts, with a person always in reach.
Send a mobile number's texts to your own endpoint, or let a text agent reply. Anyone on your team can take a conversation over at any point, and the agent steps back.
- Signed webhooks
- Inbound texts arrive at your endpoint with a signature you can verify, retried until they land.
- Rules before the model
- STOP, START and HELP are handled before any AI sees the message. Replies are rate-limited per sender, and alphanumeric senders never get an answer.
- Needs a person
- Conversations the agent can't finish wait in their own queue until someone picks them up.
- Can I move my install to Thursday?
- I can help with that. Thursday has a morning or an afternoon window. Which suits?
- Afternoon, but the driveway's gated. Someone needs the code.
- Sam took over. The agent is paused.
- Thanks, I've added the gate code note for Thursday afternoon. See you then.
Guardrails you set once.
Myrmur checks spend and destination rules before it places a call, and refuses when it can't be sure. You find out about a limit before it costs you, not on the invoice.
- Forwards checked before they're dialled
- Each forward is authorised against your account, spend and destination rules first. If the check can't finish, the call isn't placed.
- Safe destinations by default
- International forwarding is off until you turn it on. Premium and satellite numbers are blocked by default.
- Limits you control
- A daily spend cap, a credit limit and a daily cap on number purchases. A refused purchase tells you nothing was charged.
- Access by area
- Invite your team and give each person the parts of the portal they need. Sign-in uses an authenticator app.
- One account, one invoice
- Numbers, calls, texts and agents on a single monthly invoice.
- Run from Sydney
- The portal and the delivery server both run in AWS Sydney.
Bring the platform you run. We'll bring the calls.
Myrmur is opening now, by invitation. Tell us what you run and where your calls need to land, and we'll set up your first numbers and route them with you.
