Voice agents that know the business, not just the documents.

Build an agent in the portal, attach it to a number, and it answers from the next call. It works from your knowledge, asks when a question could mean two things, and hands the caller to a person when it should.

The call, start to finish.

The studio lays an agent out the way a call actually unfolds. You work down the page, and the preview follows what you edit.

  1. How calls reach this agentThe numbers routed to it, or a prompt to route one.
  2. Greets every callerOpening line and sign-off, name, role, voice and tier. Greet by time of day and vary the wording so it never sounds recorded.
  3. Figures out what the caller needsUp to 50 intents, each with how to recognise it and what to do: transfer, take a message, answer from knowledge, or say something and end the call.
  4. Answers from your knowledgeYour libraries and approved answers, attached with a tick.
  5. Business hoursAround the clock, or a weekly schedule in your timezone with its own after-hours announcement and action.
  6. Instant escalationsWords that make the agent act at once, like "complaint" or "emergency".
  7. Every callRecord, transcribe, both or neither, with your own disclosure line.

How it opens
  1. Good morning, Harbour Dental, this is Ava. How can I help?
  2. I'd like to move my appointment.

Myrmur checks it again before it goes live.

Knowledge that's much more than search over documents.

Most agents paste the closest paragraph they can find into the prompt and hope. Myrmur indexes your knowledge with its structure and its products intact, so the agent answers the question the caller actually asked, about the product they actually have.

  1. CallerHi, how do I make a claim?
  2. All four products have a claims process. The agent asks instead of guessing.
  3. AgentI can help with that. Is the claim for your car, your home and contents, travel, or pet insurance?
  4. CallerMy car. Someone reversed into me this morning.
  5. It answers from Car insurance only. The home claim steps never leak in.

It knows your products

Every document belongs to a product. When a question fits more than one, the agent asks which, then answers only from that product. One long manual can't crowd out a shorter product's documents.

It reads the way you wrote it

Indexing keeps sections and steps together, so an answer arrives whole. Web pages come in as the article itself, without the menus, headers and footers around it.

It says when it doesn't know

"Not in your documents" and "couldn't check just now" are kept apart. Either way the agent never makes one up. It follows your fallback: take a message, transfer, or say a line and end the call.

It treats documents as information

Text inside your sources is never taken as an instruction, so a stray line in a help article can't change how the agent behaves.

It stays up while you update

The current version keeps answering while a changed source re-indexes. Remove a library from an agent and it stops using it from the next call.

Your wording, when it matters

Approved answers let you fix the exact reply to a question, for prices, policies or anything you'd rather not paraphrase.

A playbook, not a prompt.

You describe what callers want and what should happen, in plain fields. Myrmur turns that into the agent. There's no prompt engineering to maintain and no code to deploy.

A real-time voice, with thinking behind it.

Agents speak through a real-time speech model and reason with a separate model behind it. Callers can interrupt, the way they would with a person.

Every voice has a preview. Actual calls can vary a little in cadence.

Nothing reaches callers until it's checked.

An agent is a draft until you publish it. Edits save as a draft, the live agent keeps answering, and your changes take over from the next call.

Transfers that can't wander
An agent hands over only to numbers you've verified, fixed when you publish. There's no way for a caller to talk it into dialling somewhere else.
Checked on every save
The readiness check runs as you edit and again before anything goes live, and the publish step warns about anything unverified.
Your call on recording
Record, transcribe, both or neither, with a disclosure line you write. What callers need to be told is your decision, and the setting makes it explicit.

Start from a template, or from nothing.

Each template comes with a greeting, a playbook and sensible boundaries for its trade. Change anything, or start blank.
